She was disappointed with the long sharp top of her nose and the fullness of the top of her nose from the side (profile) view. She wanted a more natural result with a feminine shape, and agreed to lifting the tip of her nose slightly, as well as lowering the top of her nose. Because of scar tissue, uncertain anatomy, and missing parts after the first rhinoplasty, revision is always more complex than primary rhinoplasty.
