Feminizing rhinoplasty. Bump on top lowered and nose shortened.*

Procedure Details

She believed she had a long nose that was downturned, and didn't like the small bump on top of her nose. She wanted a shorter nose, slightly turned up, slightly smaller, but natural appearing so the nose would match her other facial features. She did not want a rhinoplasty that created a dramatic change or a fake looking nose. She desired a subtle change that would augment the femininity of her aesthetic. Open rhinoplasty was performed. "After" photos three months following her nose surgery.
